Cartomancer is an Uncommon Effect Joker that creates a random each time a Blind is selected. The wide-ranging effects of Tarot cards allow the player to easily manipulate their deck in a variety of directions, but this same variance can also make it slightly unreliable. Because of this, Cartomancer tends to be much stronger in the early game than later on.
